Advocating for the rights of marginalized young people is at the core of everything Street Kids International does. Through our work, we challenge government officials and policy makers, collaborate with national networks to lobby for youth rights, and ensure the issues confronting youth are heard in the international sphere.
Asserting their rights means different things for youth: for some, this means meeting their basic needs; for others, the chance to go to school; for still others, it means reconnecting with their family. Street Kids International works to give kids everywhere a chance.
Our work over the years has resulted in the production of a number of valuable resources on issues affecting street youth. Please feel free to reference them in your research and pass them on to others.
