RamblingRat Expedition
benefiting Street Kids International
In June 2008, 34-year-old Tim Dennis from southwest Scotland will embark on an overland expedition around the world to raise funds for Street Kids International.
Tim sold his house last year to fund his RamblingRat expedition, through which he aims to gain further understanding of the basic needs of people.
Throughout his journey, Tim will share the experiences of the local people, cultures and lifestyles he encounters through his RamblingRat website.

Why Rambling Rat?
As 2008 is the year of the Rat, Tim’s trip is themed around a cartoon rat named Dylan. He is a lovable, caring cheeky rogue who is very much at home on the road meeting new friends and visiting new places.
