Street Kids Direct is able to guarantee that 100% of its donations go directly to street kid projects because it seeks to operate very differently from other charities in that the charity is internet-based. 

Being internet-based Street Kids Direct automates the process of giving, thus reducing administration costs.  We do not enter into correspondence with donors, such as sending out receipts or glossy newsletters, as this requires offices, staff, publicity and incurs administration costs.  We encourage donors to give via a cheque or online and not to expect a reply or other form of communication that involves cost.  If the charity incurs any costs, e.g. a publicity tool for a speaking event, then the trustees will cover these costs personally. 

Should donors wish a receipt for their donation, one can be printed off directly from our website.  Furthermore, if donors wish publicity materials, newsletters or other information; these also can be obtained via the website and printed off at cost to the donor not the charity.  We hope this explains our commitment to providing maximum support of those on the 'front line' helping rescue street kids and providing them with 100% of your donation and all the practical support they need.
