welcome.

Street Kids International is a charitable non-profit organization, with offices in Toronto, Canada and London, United Kingdom. Through our worldwide network of frontline non-profit organizations, we train youth workers to deliver our award winning programs using interactive trainings, innovative tools, and animated videos.

how we are different.

Through our partner organizations around the world, Street Kids International trains youth workers to deliver our programs to youth in their communities. By partnering with established organizations who share our philosophy, we ensure low administrative costs and deliver high impact, culturally appropriate and contextually relevant programs in the countries where we work

Youth workers who excel at delivering the trainings have the opportunity to develop their skills and become Master Trainers. Master Trainers help expand the reach and impact of our work by training other youth workers to deliver our programs to street kids in their own communities.

This allows our programs to be sustainable and impactful long after our direct involvement in a given country is complete.  The result is a multiplier effect whereby an increasing number of young people around the world have the tools to make safe and healthy life choices and reach financial independence.

global leader in best practices

"Primary prevention programs need to make special efforts to gain access to these young people and to understand and respond to their particular needs. This can often be achieved through mobilizing volunteers and street educators, as ... Street Kids International has done when working with street children in Asia."

-- Kofi A. Annan, former Secretary-General of the United Nations
